Are you a full service catering hall?
Yes. You provide the flowers, music and photographer/videographer and we will take care of the rest.

What sets your business apart from your competitors?
Our pursuit of excellence in every aspect of our business. The Amber Room Colonnade is family owned and operated therefore allowing us to give you that personal service needed in order to make your occasion as special and carefree as possible.

Do we need to have a minimum number of guests to reserve The Amber Room ? Yes. A minimum of 75 guests is necessary to book The Amber Room Colonnade.

How many people can you accommodate in your facility?
We have two different rooms at The Amber Room Colonnade, separated by two sound-proof, retractable walls. The West Room can comfortably seat 300 guests whereas the East Room can accommodate 240. Or, open both walls and entertain up to 700 guests.

Can we choose our food selections?
Absolutely. We have packages with food suggestions. However, the packages are merely a starting point. We are eager to accommodate your tastes and prepare any ethnic meals you enjoy.

Can we provide our own food?
Unfortunately this is not allowed. Due to Connecticut State Licensing, food and alcohol must be provided by The Amber Room Colonnade. However, prior arrangements can be made to bring in desserts and wedding cakes. For your special ethnic dishes, we would be happy to prepare your recipe ahead of time for you to sample or you may bring in a chef to prepare it with us.
